I starting drafting a book a couple of years ago, sharing the continuous improvement methods and strategies that I found most useful.

As I started writing, I thought about the people I had worked with. Pretty much all of them got promoted, or better jobs, because of the results they had produced after we had worked together. This got me thinking. Instead of writing a book just about improving business performance, why not pull something together that could also help people get ahead in their careers?

I like the idea that people get ahead in their careers because of their results. So, that is what I did. I changed the focus of the book and started to plan the information that I thought would be most useful.

Some of the approaches are my own concoctions. Some are my twists on the classic improvement tools. In either case, they are the tools that I shared with my consulting clients.

Then, I realised that creating a book wouldn’t be the fastest or most useable way to share these ideas, so the planning moved toward an online course.

And that is where we are today, the launch of the Making It Happen online course.

In summary:

  • 30+ lessons, all with video walkthroughs.
  • Six modules, including idea generation, management of implementation and embedding change.
  • Downloadable templates for all lessons.
  • Lifetime access for one payment of £47.

I hope you enjoy the course,
