Most of my clients start with a small improvement project. This is a great way to ‘dip your toe into the water’ and make sure that I am a good fit for your organisation. It is also a great way to get some quick results for your business.
Improvement projects are quoted on a fixed price basis (with scope, timescales and deliverables agreed at the outset).
Many of my clients find that after an improvement project, or two, they want to work in a partnership arrangement. Many clients have moved to a more regular pattern of working with a longer-term view being held on the results that need to be achieved.
Usually this relationship involves moving from operational improvement projects to more strategic improvement projects.
For my clients that want a higher level of support I offer a Non-Executive Director service.
From Board leadership, governance and perspectives on operations this service can be both challenging and rewarding.
