Each course is usually tailored to suit the particular needs and objectives of a company, but an overview of the courses is presented below.
"Faster and Smarter"
This workshop is a half day session aimed at people who are interested in more general business improvement.
With a focus on office working and administration this session is excellent for companies who have repeating problems, a lack of organisation in some areas of the business and difficulty in making the transition from 'improvement idea' to 'measurable improvement'.
"Welcome to Lean"
A one day workshop that provides the theory, the attitude and fundamentals of Lean Operations in the morning and cements the learning in the afternoon through a simulation 'game'.
From the production operative to the MD this workshop is suitable for anyone in business who wants to see how straightforward it can be to become more profitable, have happier customers and build a stronger business.
"5S"
The much talked about improvement process is presented here in a one day course that allows participants to understand the system (including the 'why' and the 'how') as well as dipping their toes into the improvement activity itself.
Outcomes of this workshop include an action plan on how to take the improvement activity forward after the workshop.
"SMED"
Quick tool changing is ever popular as a means to introduce more flexibility into the manuacturing process - this one day course covers the basics and combines demonstrations with actual improvement activity.
Practical and dynamic, this course is suited for both operators and management.
"ERP Development"
This workshop is often delivered as either a two day or three day workshop depending on the needs of the business.
Fundamentally this course provides education, discussion, problem solving and action planning as a means to improve the activity currently taking place within client's computerised control systems.
