To help us manage our many project obligations we have developed a simple project management tool which we call 'Smart Moments'. This helps us to deliver our projects on time by allowing us to see all of our projects on a day by day basis in one place. Effectively we have borrowed the ideas of ERP (enterprise resource planning) to help us run our business more effectively. As part of this management activity, client feedback is central to what we do. After all it's your project and you should know exactly what is going on.
Yes. We ensure that you, our client, are happy with the work that is taking place before we invoice.
We also have a money back guarantee should we not deliver to our promises and don't achieve the objectives agreed at the outset.
We don't want to pay for below standard work and don't think that you should either - hence we constantly deliver above client expectations.
In short - yes. We understand that sometimes the cost of working with a consultant may seem high initially. Smartspeed only works on projects that have a high chance of achieving a great return on your investment. To make life easier with the costs however we offer a variety of methods of payment, which includes splitting the payments over a period of months without incurring extra charges. Each client has different requirements with regards to this area, so we are happy to discuss this issue on a bespoke basis.
As part of the planning (at either the proposal stage or during the early sessions) of the project a number of milestones are introduced. These milestones reflect the criteria that you as the client would deem to indicate success. When we determine the milestones is usually determined by how well formed the project is at the outset. If it requires some investigation then the goals, or milestones, need to be defined after the initial work has been completed.
At the start of a project we ask the key stakeholder(s) how they want to be communicated with, how often and what level of involvement they want on the project. By setting up these arrangements at the start of a project we can put in place the right methods to put our clients in control of their project.
Simple - get in touch with us (there is a contact form at the bottom of this page). We are always happy to talk with people curious about how consultancy projects work, as there have been many talks of projects going wrong, costing too much etc.yet most project run without any concerns whatsoever. For those that do have some 'hiccups' along the way it is the way that both the consultancy and the client work together that makes the difference. Smartspeed has various procedures and systems in place to make sure that any surprises don't have a big effect on projects.
